Police on Long Island are asking the public for help identifying and locating a woman wanted for allegedly stealing credit cards and using them a short time later.

The credit cards were stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot of Cedar Beach in Mount Sinai on Thursday, Aug. 17.

A short time later, a woman used the stolen credit cards at Kohl’s, located at 999 Montauk Highway in Shirley, said the Suffolk County Police.

The woman fled in a dark-colored vehicle.
